Our Wedding Flowers

After having consultations with five different florists, I was finally able to find a florist that I liked that gave me a flower quote within my budget. My bouquet will be hand-tied and made up of green hydrangea, lavender roses, green hypericum berries, and purple limonium. Tom's boutonniere will be a lavender rose with green hypericum berries and touches of limonium. The bridesmaid's bouquets will also be hand-tied with green hydrangea, green hypericum berries, and purple limonium. The groomsmen's boutonnieres will be made of green limonium, and our groomswoman will wear a larger version of that with ribbon. Our mother's will wear corsages made of lavender roses, and my father and step-dad will wear a lavender rose boutonniere.

My bouquet will be similar to this, without the large white flowers and the purple flowers that aren't roses.

Flower Inspiration

I am really quite clueless in terms of flowers. I knew I wanted to incorporate my wedding colors into the flowers, but I had no idea what sorts of flowers were available in purple, let alone green. After searching various wedding websites and google images, I have fallen in love with purple and green hydrangea, and lavender roses.
