Our Dinner Menu

Originally, we wanted a sit-down buffet; however, after meeting with our caterer, it was determined that the best fit for our meal requests was a traditional buffet. At first I was a bit nervous about this, but our caterer assured us that it would run smoothly and that there would be four lines to ensure that our guests are able to get their food efficiently. Tom and I will receive table service so that I do not have to attempt to walk through a buffet in my dress.  We chose a menu of comfort foods, because it is the best fit for our guest list.

Hors D'Ouevres

Salad Course
  • Garden Salad served table side


Dinner Buffet
  • Italian Meatballs
  • Baked Atlantic Haddock
  • Honey Mustard Chicken Breast
  • Vegetarian Lasagna
  •  Country Whipped Potatoes
  • Summer Vegetable Medley
  • Macaroni and Cheese
  • Classic Potato Salad


Dessert
  • Lemon Cake with choice of almond or fudge butttercream (our wedding cake)

Our catering will be done our reception venue. We are still figuring everything out in terms of a specific menu, but we are leaning towards the basic hor d'oeurves package for the cocktail hour and a sit-down buffet for dinner.
